At REGNA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellation may not be possible once the order is processed or shipped.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Products that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

REGNA में customer satisfaction हमारी priority है। Order करने के 24 घंटे के अंदर cancellation किया जा सकता है। उसके बाद order process या ship होने पर cancel नहीं किया जा सकता।
Refund केवल तब मिलेगा जब product damaged, defective या गलत हो। Delivery के 48 घंटे के अंदर proof (photo आदि) के साथ inform करना जरूरी है।
Approval के बाद refund 5–7 working days में process होगा। इस्तेमाल किया हुआ या customer द्वारा damage किया गया product return नहीं होगा।
