REGNA aims to deliver products in a timely and efficient manner. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery. However, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, logistics issues, or remote locations.
REGNA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will always try to assist customers in tracking their orders.
